New legislation as of 1 July 2026: what does this mean for your deliveries?
Your orders are delivered via a fixed courier route on a fixed delivery day. We have deliberately chosen this approach because it ensures high delivery reliability and minimizes the risk of transport damage.
Due to a change in legislation taking effect on 1 July 2026, the couriers we work with will also be required to comply with driving and rest time regulations. As a result, the available driving time will affect the planning of our fixed routes.
Of course, we will continue to do our utmost to deliver your order on your usual delivery day. In most cases, this will still be possible. However, in some situations, a delivery may take place one working day later.
What changes for you?
- The order closing time will be moved forward by one working day, allowing us to continue organising our production and transport planning as efficiently as possible.
- We will continue to aim for delivery on your usual delivery day. Due to the new legislation, in exceptional cases your order may be delivered one working day later.
We understand that this is a change, and we will do everything we can to keep the impact on you as small as possible. Reliability, quality and careful delivery remain our highest priorities.
Do you have any questions about this change? Please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help.
