Double 49

This profile is discontinued. This sturdy double-sided textile frame is the only profile with an additional groove for adding a blockout fabric to prevent light shining through on either side. This way, the interchangeable textile prints can be printed on inexpensive silicone edge graphics, for example Deko fabric, while the more expensive blockout fabric only needs to be purchased once. The frame can be used both free-standing and suspended.

An extra groove for blockout fabric

The blockout fabric prevents sunlight, artificial light and stabilizers from shining through the fabric, leaving both sides of the print perfectly visible. Thanks to the blockout effect, this profile is also highly suitable for use in shop windows. When ordering blockout fabric, a correction of 6 mm on each side of the fabric in relation to the outer dimensions of the frame must be taken into account.

Acoustic solutions

Improve acoustics and reduce echoes in any environment by using acoustic material in the frame. The Double 49 is suitable for Basotect and Therm Acoustic. Basotect, made of melamine foam, is very light and rigid and can be easily milled. Therm Acoustic is 100 percent recyclable and made of polyester fibres, of which 60 percent consist of recycled PET bottles.
